He became a partner of our audit firm following several years at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC, Hitachi, Ltd., and starting his business as a certified public accountant.

Satoshi’s experience includes:
– Engaging in statutory audits of banks and non-banks as a member of the financial sector in Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC.
– Engaging in management of major overseas subsidiaries in Europe and Africa, budget management of overseas plant construction projects, overseas local integrated companies establishment projects, and their international tax-related operations while working in the International Finance Department of the Electric Power Business Headquarters at Hitachi, Ltd.
– Engaging in numerous IPO support operations including companies listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, numerous financial due diligence and stock price/enterprise valuation and PPA operations and IFRS implementation projects after starting his own busines as a certified public accountant.
– From his founding as a partner of our audit firm, participating in providing services to a number of foreign-affiliated enterprises and Japanese affiliated companies.
